Performing at the closing event of European Capital of Culture 2025 Nova Gorica – Gorizia marked the end of an extraordinary journey—one that has been unforgettable, transformative, and deeply inspiring.
This year-long process was far more than a sequence of events and performances. It was a shared space of encounters, artistic courage, and collective imagination, shaped by the unique cross-border pulse of Nova Gorica and Gorizia. To stand on stage at the very end of this journey was both an honor and an emotional moment of reflection.
We are profoundly grateful to have been part of this story from its very beginning—from the candidacy phase onward. Our path started with the performance Go Borderless, and continued through years of preparation, exchange, and creative growth, interwoven with the evolving vision of the European Capital of Culture. Being present throughout this process allowed us to witness how ideas transform into realities, and how art can genuinely connect spaces, histories, and people.
As this chapter comes to a close, we carry with us the memories of countless inspiring moments, collaborations, and audiences who shaped this year into a truly life-changing experience. The end of the journey is also a beginning—of new questions, new movements, and new stories yet to be danced.
